Full Refund or Exchange

If you’re not satisfied with your order for any reason, simply return it to us for a full refund or exchange.

Return requests must be made within 2 days of your order delivery.

Product returns must be in their original sale condition without any sign of wear, scratches, modification, alteration or otherwise tampering in any way. Likewise, we do not authorize any opening of case backs in an effort of exposing movements without prior agreement. We respect and understand your right to verify the authenticity. However, we require the process to be done by respective brand’s official channels.

Returns must include all original product packaging, watch boxes, watch cases including outer boxes and sleeves, accessories, links, straps, buckles, authentication papers, warranties, certificates, documents, manuals, and any other materials included with the original sale.

Authorized returns will be issued a refund or credit for 100% of the original purchase price less shipping, insurance and any other special handling charges associated with the original sale, and in some cases finance costs if your watch is sold via channels or payment means where transaction fees apply.

We will issue your refund or credit your account within ten (10) business days of receipt provided our inspection confirms that you have returned the merchandise in its original sale condition with all required materials included.

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning their item(s) as well as the costs of the original delivery of their item(s).
